Diagnose first.
Invest second.

We review how prospects find you, what they understand about your offer, where they drop out and where marketing spend fails to generate business.

You will not receive a generic report. We show you clearly what works, what is limiting results and what to improve first.

The audit at a glance

Know the process and what you will receive before the work starts.

We confirm the exact scope, delivery format, deadline and fee in a written proposal. Work starts only after you approve it.

When should you start with an audit?

When you invest in marketing but still cannot see why qualified enquiries are low.

01Many people visit the website, but few request a quote.
02Campaigns are running, but acquiring each new lead costs too much.
03You are active across several channels but cannot see which ones generate business.
04You want to improve, but do not know where to start.
A quick fit check

Is a marketing audit right for you?

An audit is useful when you need a clearer assessment and a practical order of action before making a decision.

A good starting point if

you can see the problem, but its cause is still unclear.

  • you already have an operating business, an established offer and at least a few marketing channels;
  • you want more qualified enquiries or clearer marketing spend;
  • you are prepared to make changes based on evidence and concrete examples;
  • you need an actionable order of priorities, not another list of ideas.
Not the best first step if

you already know exactly what needs to be implemented.

  • you need a specialist for a clearly defined delivery task;
  • there is not yet an established offer or tested business direction to review;
  • you require a guaranteed result in advance;
  • you cannot make time to provide the essential background information.

Frequently asked questions

What we usually clarify before starting.

No marketing knowledge is required. Both the discussion and the report use clear business language.

How long does the audit take?

Depending on scope, the audit typically takes 10–15 business days after kickoff and receipt of the required materials. The committed deadline is also confirmed in the proposal.

How many meetings are included?

Before the audit, we hold a 20–30 minute fit call. The project includes one kickoff and one 60–90 minute findings review. If the scope requires another meeting, we tell you in advance.

How is the fee agreed?

After the first call, you receive a written proposal confirming the exact scope, deliverables, deadline and fee. Work starts only after your approval, and the scope can expand only by prior agreement.

What if I do not know exactly where the problem is?

This is one of the most common starting points. Simply tell us what you see: too few enquiries, expensive advertising or no clear view of what creates business. We identify the causes.

How much time will our team need to commit?

At the start, we need the kickoff meeting and essential information about the areas being reviewed. We tell you exactly what to provide, so you do not need to gather unnecessary material.

What if some data is unavailable?

We distinguish what the evidence confirms from what remains a likely cause, and show which measurements to fix first. Missing data can itself be an important finding.

Do we have to implement the recommendations with NovaNow?

No. Your own team or another partner can implement the plan. We can also help with delivery if you choose, but that is a separate decision.

Can you guarantee a specific result in advance?

We do not promise a guaranteed percentage or revenue figure. We commit to identifying opportunities based on evidence and giving you a clear order for the decisions ahead.
